Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software. Schedule bank payments or hand out cash pay directly to employees. Handling Payroll Should have handled 1000+ employees individually.
Should have handled All Statutory Compliances / Labour with regards to HR (ESI, PF etc.,) and ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents and monitor compliance to requirements. To be familiar with statutory compliance function for the region. To update the management timely on the latest amendments pertaining to the acts. To maintain all relevant records, registers, forms as required by various acts pertaining to our organization. Create Challans and maintain contribution share for (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT & LWF). ESI number Enrollment in ESI portal. ESI Monthly Remittance. UAN number generating in PF Portal
