Duties
Basic Function of the Position: This position is located in the General Services Office (GSO). The Data Analyst and Quality Coordinator serves as the chief local advisor to the Supervisory General Services Officer; supports all GSO sub sections, which is comprised of 120 plus employee; and supports a $15 million annual procurement budget; and, if required, also provides support to other sections. Responsibilities include advising senior management and section staff on how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations; collecting and analyzing data to inform decision making; and achieving organizational excellence through appropriate performance measurement and implementation of quality management systems. The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in data analytics or handling large data sets and relational databases or monitoring or reporting and tracking performance using data visualization tools.

Education Requirements:
This position requires the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Data Science or Statistics or Business Administration or Organizational Management.

LANGUAGE:
Level 4 (Fluent) in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required. This may be tested.
Level 4 (Fluent) in Hindi (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required.

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in New Delhi, India may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time the conditional offer letter is issued by the HR Office.
