Screening and short-listing suitable profiles against the specific departmental requirements like Develops, designers, SEO, Digital marketing, Content Writers and other profiles.
Organizing interviews and coordinating with candidates for further negotiations over Salaries and allowances applicable.
Joining formalities and Induction programs for new recruits.
Leave, attendance management, maintaining MIS and payroll.
Performance Appraisal of the employees.
Exit Interviews.
Office Administration, check Timing, Maintaining Discipline
Knowledge of Payroll and accounts.
Candidates with good experience in IT companies OR hiring for IT Companies.
