JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction and supervision of the COO, HR Head & F&A Head is responsible for EA to COO and F&A activities of Head office.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
· Any graduation or equivalent
· At least 1 – 3 years of experience
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Decision-making
· The ability to lead and manage teams and projects
· Team work (Team player)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· EA to Chief operating officer – COO
· Leadership team support
· Event management support across functions / company
· Travel & Accommodation management
· Ensuring standard facilities are available all the times at HO buildings
· Managing budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness
· Drafting reports and making written recommendations
· Partnering with HR for organisational level events
· Managing MIS of F&A of TS Business
· Utmost priority to safety related activities
· Support & Coordination for F&A related works across business
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
