BTech / BE / MCA or similar qualification with relevant experience.
Certification course: CCNA/MCSE

Job Description : –

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Create and verify backups of data
Respond to and resolve help desk requests
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls(FortiGate), databases, malware protection software and other processes Review application logs
Install and test computer-related equipment
CCTV NVR DVR installation and Configuration
Other relevant works assigned by HoD

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• NARAVAMOODU P.O, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
