Administration and Maintenance

• Effectively manage Microsoft Collaboration platform services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Some experince with MS Power Apps, Power Platform
• Knowledge of cloud based application security – MS platform (Mail/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint)
• Working knowledge of collavoration technology – Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, SmartSheet
• Demonstrate good understanding of DNS, AD, LDAP,DHCP
• Collaborates with stakeholders and domain / technology administrators to identify, plan, and schedule key maintenance events
• Evaluates and recommends tools for maintenance and monitoring of cloud based IT services
• Documents operational processes (e.g., change or patch management, storage, replication, backup, and recovery)
• Understand and execute their job using defined processes where necessary (Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.) ITIL processes

Implementation and Optimization

• Leads efforts to develop and contributes to the development of effective processes, procedures, and technologies
• Proactively monitors IT solutions for utilization, capacity, and workload scheduling, and proposes alternative configurations, adaptations, or resource balancing to ensure high availability and high performing IT solutions
• Evaluates and measures performance of Xilinx IT solutions (e.g., KPI targets such as performance analysis, capacity analysis, load/stress testing) and solves complex performance challenges

Requirements Analysis

• Understands the implications of AMD corporate direction on IT infrastructure services, application solutions, and systems management architecture

Troubleshooting

• Develops innovative real-time tactics and work-arounds to solve challenges for effective and efficient delivery of IT services
• Monitors the SLA and key performance indicators set for the team
• Collaborates with vendors and/or systems engineers to actively troubleshoot and identify innovative resolutions to non-standard issues within the enterprise
• Provides timely resolution to complex IT issues, including working with vendors on escalated issues that cannot be resolved immediately
