Provide administrative and clerical support to Principal.
· Greet and receive visitor, Prepare confidential and sensitive documents, and Coordinates office
management activities, define matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
· Prepare agenda for meetings, Plans events and volunteer activities, Maintain office procedures.
· Schedule meetings and arrange conferences, Alert new meetings, Handle information requests,
Prepare statistical reports (If any).
· Office Admin requirement & General Office Accounts.
· Handling telephone calls and recording messages.
· Drafting letters, emails, proposals, reports (research, read & write), Power Point Presentations
and minutes of the meetings. Computer Skills and Technology oriented.
· Preparing Inter office communications, Coordinate travel arrangements, travel reimbursements
and following up with Finance team for other payments as per requirement.
· Preparing confidential and sensitive documents and maintains the same.
· Books, Office files, HR related file Stationeries and Stock management.
· Travel and accommodation arrangement & Meetings, conference and T-con arrangements.
· Communicating, coordinating and follow up with team and other staffs in the organization.
· Works effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance.
