Designation: HR & Admin Associate

We are looking for a young and dynamic individual who will support us in day-to-day HR-related activities and be in charge of overall office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess vacant positions and search for suitable candidates’ CVs through various sources such as recruitment websites, social media platforms, etc.
• Conduct the preliminary round of an interview with candidates and line up the potential candidates for 2nd round with process owners.
• Assist in completing all the onboarding formalities for the new joinees.
• Perform research on HR-related policies and processes.
• Assist the HR department in training activities, employee engagement events, appraisals, and payroll processing process.
• Maintain all admin-related files and documents like agreements/ invoices/ receipts/ bills etc in a prescribed manner.
• Maintain records of SIM, Mobile, laptop accessories, and any other gadgets.
• Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, and effective communications.
• Monitor the inventory of office suppliesand the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Respond quickly to the HR & Admin requests received from the employees.

The candidate must possess the following requirements:

• Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload independently
• Excellent organizational and Planning skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Fluent in English (Verbal and written)
• Go-getter
