We are seeking a strong candidate for Team Assistant role in GAMMA DRAS team. The person will provide support to the Business Head and other management personnel by effectively managing his/her schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative, analytical and research duties. Duties performed require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and mature and independent judgment. This requires leadership qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, dependability, and accountability. Much of the work is self-appointed and requires a high degree of professional independence and initiative.
You will be expected to collaborate with all managers within the team and support their teams on basic admin related issues, visa related queries, manage team data etc.

Work closely with the leadership team for providing seamless support
Provide administrative, organizational and scheduling support.
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding action items.
Liaison between Business heads, managers and team members
Setup meeting cadence, agree on agenda, collate material
Organize skip level meetings for leadership
Own few of the team specific projects/repetitive annual events
Own few guidelines deck, periodic disbursal to onsite team members and conduct trainings for new joinees
Review platform access rights periodically and perform audit for entire team (Eg. IT assets)
Provide logistics support for team events
Monitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changes
Coordinate a high volume of travel arrangements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
Functional and technical skills:
Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail applications.
Skill in independently prioritizing, planning, coordinating, organizing, leading, and monitoring multiple team projects of a complex nature simultaneously and quickly adapting to changes in time frames.
Skill in researching and analyzing issues and offering creative solutions.
Highly effective organizational and time management skills.
