We are urgently hiring for an Executive Secretary for the office of Managing Director (preferably Male candidates) with one of our reputed clients into Steel manufacturing business with Plant based out of Orissa.

*CTC: 45,000 – 65,000 per month (depending upon the interview & experience)

*Location: Kailash Colony, Delhi

*Min. 7 years relevant experience with Steel & Mining companies

Your role and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients/Inter Department/Group industries.
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplaces.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

Candidate Profile:

*Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills

*Good Interpersonal, communication, MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in the MS Suite

*Attending business seminars on behalf of the MD and openness to travel within India alongside the MD is a must

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
