CENTELL MGT is looking for a motivated Real Estate Administrative Assistant. Major responsibilities include doing bookkeeping work and financial spreadsheets, interacting with tenants, screening messages, interacting with office staff, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Compensation:
$5 – $15
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Excel spreadsheet work
- Overall administrative work
- Looking for someone who is self-sufficient and self-guided
- It is required that this individual is comfortable with writing emails and letters/presentation material
- Manage agenda and email for office staff
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge with a strong focus on Excel
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detailed, focused, and process-oriented is a must
- Accounting and Quickbooks experience
- An individual who is looking to thrive and is curious, willing to ask the right questions, and learn every day
- Experienced in conducting research while using RE platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Loopnet, and CoStar. It is not required that you are familiar with and have used these platforms in the past but you must be willing to dig in and learn
- You will be managing the principal’s daily calendar and agenda
- Students or recent graduates with an Accounting background and Microsoft Office knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management
