JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The HR Assistant will also provide administrative and project support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ process experience working in global Human Resource organization and department supporting U.S and Canada employment processes. Experience working with HRMS required, SAP SuccessFactors HCM preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
