Position: Executive Assistant | Risk Advisory Function.

Core responsibilities include but not limited to

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
• Compiling data from all functions and MIS Reports
• Co-ordination on various projects / activities / tasks etc. and follow up actions for speedy completion
• Arranging meetings, making minutes, circulation and follow up actions
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
• Calendar management / appointments
• Make travel, accommodation arrangements and visa processing.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system.
• Raise necessary tickets whenever required as per the requirements of the business.
• Concierge management
• Guest relations

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Postgraduate or Any Masters or equivalent in the age group 25-35 years.
• Minimum of 6-years’ experience including minimum 4+ years supporting an executive in a corporate environment (SAP Salesforce)
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate effectively with global, cross-cultural teams
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Willingness to learn including Deloitte processes
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Professional, friendly attitude and approachable
• Willingness to work with and help the entire team as and when needed
• Should be outstanding in planning, organizing and time management skills.
• Familiar with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
• Should be able to handle confidential mails & discussions with discretion and confidentiality.
