Vendor Management – Handling Purchase, Housekeeping, Security, Access control system, CCTV,
Transportation & Helpdesk – International and Domestic Travel, Hotel bookings
Office Administration – General and Printed Stationery, furniture, Pest and rodent control, Cafeteria and Pantry management, Key Management, arranging food, beverages for all occasions, and all general admin related activities.
Processing of vendor bills and follow up for payments
Managing Office mobile phone and data connections.
Coordinating with the landlord for various requirements related to the building related issues
Resolving day to day queries of the employees
Liaison with Government bodies for various requirements
Maintaining of inventories – Stationery, housekeeping materials and pantry items
Manage AMCs and contracts of the electromechanical equipment
Arrangements for events
To lead always through the best ways of communication and motivation.
To control all aspects concerning in-office security such as loss prevention, cash balances, etc.
Responsible for maintenance of Air conditioners, EPABX, UPS systems, Lift, Access Control systems
& other office equipment.

Salary: ₹38,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
