Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrator in Gurgaon who will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operational needs in evening hours. This person will manage the office support staff and facilities operations of a dynamic and growing workplace that supports maximum of 420 employees and visitors. The position will require knowledge of general administration, cab services management, facilities repair and maintenance, vendor management, environmental & safety, security, housekeeping and pantry operation. The Office Administrator will report into Office Manager while maintaining strong working relationships and accountability with local leadership.
