Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Work from Office, Bangalore
Reports to: Secretary, ILYF
Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
· Manage the organization’s financial and accounting operations, including budget preparation and monitoring, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial reporting requirements.
· Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment and hiring, staff orientation, performance management, and employee relations.
· Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records of members and their payments and other related documentation.
· Manage the organization’s facilities and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
· Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, workshops, and fundraising activities.
· Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and vendors.
· Prepare and present reports to management on administrative activities and performance metrics.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
· 1-1.5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
· Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing non-profit organizations in India.
· Demonstrated commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
