Job Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices and submit to customers with required documents.
Collection of accounts receivable
Reconcile all accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare month-end close reporting packages
Prepare annual and monthly budgets
Calculate and prepare checks for payroll.
Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping system
Develop financial and non-financial controls
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Develop a company strategic plan with key management personnel
Manage the accounting department
