7. Conduct Analysis of Employee Benefits

8. Arranging for Training and Development of New Employees

9. Conducting Job Analysis and Designing

10. Monitoring Employee Performance

11. Maintaining work culture

12. Resolving internal conflicts among employees

13. Ensuring the health and safety of employees

14. Disbursing rewards and incentives

15. Setting Rules for Employee Promotion

16. Sharing Information with Employees

17. Human Resource Technology Management

18. External Employee Problem Solving

19. Employee Engagement

20. Employment Relations

21. Legal Knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
