Job description
Responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Maintain office systems, including data management & filing ,also Organize meetings, presentations & agendas with paper.
Screen calls, requests, & deal with mail revert.
Assistant to Director, Researching & chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
Required Candidate profile
Experience: 0-5 years.
Superb written & verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done, adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
Experienced Personal Assistant at senior management level.
Experience of electronic diary management.
Ability to organize and plan own work.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
