We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to the Macquarie Asset Management group. You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment and use your great communication skills to engage with all levels of our stakeholders across the business as you take ownership of end-to-end executive administration for multiple senior leaders.

In this role you will handle general office administration and other administrative duties as required such as calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook for stream leads/management team, reporting, and creating high-quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint. You will also assist in travel management from visa applications, accommodation, to all expenses associated with travel.

You will be assisting the team with expense queries on Concur, expense reimbursements, and AMEX reconciliation. You will assist with the Macquarie policies and guidelines related to expenses and petty cash; as well as visitor management, event management, and being the main point of contact for all access management.

You will work closely with and coordinate with the IT team on a regular basis, resolving any pending queries for staff in relation to IT support, including a quarterly/half yearly review of the assets. You will be providing administration support for various unique initiatives within the Macquarie Asset Management Gurugram team.

To be successful in this role you’ll have tertiary qualifications in a business discipline with 2-4 years of experience in executive administration or secretarial experience and should demonstrate professional maturity and an ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.

You’ll demonstrate strong computer skills in relevant applications like MS Office Suite and job specific systems, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. You’ll also be able to effectively use technology for video conferencing, events and training. You’ll have working knowledge of expense and travel management applications and be able to leverage existing systems/templates. You have a willingness to work across different time zones to support the business.
