1. Manpower Planning : To be part of Manpower Planning exercise as part of Business Planning exercise and ensure timely hiring & availability of staff & operators as per operations requirement and adherence to the plan which includes Recruitment Cycle Time, Cost, etc. To induct the new joiners and creation of Personnel Dossiers with all appropriate documents, updating of HR MIS, prepare & conduct induction training to make the new incumbent to settle quickly. Ensuring availability of skilled manpower in shop floor by proper allocation of manpower as per production norms, controlling absenteeism for all non management staff, contract workforce and apprentices to ensure there is no production loss.
2. Performance Management System : To ensure implementation of PMS Process – Annual Appraisals; preparation of reports in line with the company Guidelines & timely disbursement of appraisal letters.
3. Training & Development: Creating a learning and development vision, strategy and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization.
4. Employee Engagement: Ensure Employees engagment, Motivation & relation by ensuing employee welfare, health, safety, friendly HR policies, R&R, Benefits, fun at work activities and best work environment etc
5. Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
6. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
7. Draft, modify and implement company policies
8. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
9. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
10. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
11. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
Educational qualifications : BSc/BA in business administration or related field.
Certified compliance professional is a plus.
Computer Knowledge : Windows ,MS Office
Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role) : 1 to 3 Years
Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role : Proven experience as compliance manager
In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
Excellent communication skills
