Active Directory ýff System Access ýff Creation and maintenance of user accounts for all staff Global (joiners, intra-office moves, inter-office moves, mat leavers, client secondments, consultants and test accounts) ýff Disabling leaver accounts ýff Creation and deletion of user profiles ýff Creation, maintenance and deletion of user and practice area login scripts ýff Adding and checking Single Sign-on for all users, Adding and checking PeopleSoft business email addresses ýff Access to tool via AD to Template Editor, WCMS, Dealbuilder Author ýff Exporting list of group membership for users and application to check security or membership for IT and business areas ýff Run reports on in-active account ýff Monitoring daily AD group membership alerts for elevated groups and secure group membership for Payroll and HR Additional Access ýff Creation, maintenance and deletion of VPN, RSA, Blackberry, Citrix, Safeguard, Enterprise Vault IDýffs ýff Administrating, monitoring and reporting access Active Directory – Network Security ýff Creation, population and deletion and modification of AD security groups ýff Creation, population and deletion of Radia 3 software distribution groups ýff Network share access Exchange ýff Creation, maintenance and deletion of mailboxes ýff Creation, maintenance and deletion of distribution lists (owner responsible for populating) ýff Creation, maintenance and deletion of custom recipients ýff Setting permissions to mailboxes and distribution groups ýff Distribution Lists – Creation, amendments, deletion or ‘ send to’ permissions ýff External contacts – Creation, amendments or deletion ýff Name Change – Edit accounts to reflect user name change ýff Out of Office message – Activate OOO message ýff Resource Mailboxes – Create ‘service’ mailboxes and access to service mailbox ýff Cross-site mailbox migrations Log in scripts for specific applications ýff Create userýffs login scripts, Includes applications: Atlas, DealBuilder, Global Pricing Agreement (GAPS), Profit Curve, Goldman Sachs Warrants, Template Editors, WCMS Software deployment ýff Adding or removing of non-licensed applications IP Telephony ýff Create, maintain and delete extension mobility profiles ýff Create, maintain and delete Fixed phones and MAC addresses ýff Create, maintain and delete Analog phones ýff Create, maintain and delete voicemail profiles ýff Administer speed dials, BLFs and shared lines ýff Administer team lines and hunt group settings ýff Administer phone button templates, soft key templates and call pickup groups ýff Administer call routings as per user request Others ýff ReadSoft -Account creation and deletion ýff InterAction – Account creation ýff iPass – Account creation and deletion ýff Staff Movement – New joiners, leavers, client secondments, maternity leave and internal departmental transfers, Change of user status and updates ýff Test & Training Accounts – Administering Test and Training AD accounts Responsibility & Metrics ýff Response and resolution of tickets as per the defined SLAýffs ýff Prioritizing, Categorization of ticket as and when identified ýff Key in the appropriate and timely log notes in the ticket as and when there are findings / updates ýff Updating users on the ticket progress ýff Following up of ticket to closure ýff Reduce Turnaround time and increase computing time ýff Checking KB for Known errors ýff Escalating to customer / end users as appropriate ýff Escalating to operations team as appropriate ýff Tracking of mails and respond within the said SLAýffs ýff Providing reports as and when required ýff Logging Incident in other tools if applicable ýff Preparing Incident checklist ýff Generating new articles for Knowledge Base and publishing the same ýff Provide reference of relevant ticket ýff Shift Hand over / take over ýff Adherence to all the KPI metrics derived for individual, Role, program ýff Inputs to the customer on Call trend ýff numbers & category with possible root cause
