1. Ensuring that medical services and operations are in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
2. Examining and coordinating various activities to guarantee the medical quality of the facility.
3. Manpower planning, management of resources and ensuring optimum utilization, participates in the recruitment and selection process for medical providers.
4. Assessing matters of clinical compliance and providing timely recommendations for corrective action and quality improvement.
5. Conflict resolution within the hospital both with patients and staff members.
6. Participating in the recruitment and selection process for medical providers, doctors, technicians and paramedical personnel.
7. Training, continuing education and promotion of subordinate staff, supervision of continuing professional education, in service training and orientation of new medical staff.
8. Developing and supervising comprehensive clinical training programs for doctors.
9. Ensuring that interfaces between Medical and other departments are managed optimally.
10. Counseling of patient’s families on medical and financial aspects of patient’s condition.
11. Develop, implement and monitor medical specialty clinics.
12. Preparing and presenting departmental performances for a monthly review.
13. Assist in rotations of nursing staff.
14. Implementing innovative ideas for improving operational efficiency of OPD, ICU, HDU, WARD.

20. Holds the senior medical administrative position in a medical group practice.
21. Responsible for number of activities related to the delivery of medical care and clinical services such as cost management, utilization review, quality assurance, and medical protocol development.
22. Oversees the activities of group physicians, including the recruiting and credentialing processes.
23. Performs Clinical supervision of clinical staff, including regular performance appraisals and feedback.
24. Advise on purchase of medical equipment’s.
25. License renewal for different departments.
