Responsibilities and Duties:
· Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.
· Arranging accommodation for all employees works at factory by co-ordination as well as visiting the factory regularly.
· Purchase of Provisions, Vegetables, meat, stationary and housekeeping materials for the factory once in a week as per requirement given by cook
· Make travel arrangements for the employees travels outstation officially
· Monitor and order office supplies for housekeeping and stationery requirement
· Assisting the HR department in recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews, onboarding candidates, etc
· Scheduling employee engagement activities at company like team building meeting, potluck, lunch arrangement etc
· Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities
