Responsibilities :
v Ensure Employee Personal Profile is maintained.
v Ensure On-Duty/ leave Card/ Late & Permission Record are maintained.
v Ensure the database of contract employees is maintained on ERP.
v Maintain personal rapport with the workers and contractors, listen through grievances, and address requirements.
v Contractor performance to be reviewed weekly for COPQ.
v Contractor to be qualified and fab capacity based on skill, manpower availability, product knowledge, supervision.
v Contractor worker attendance to be monitored for absenteeism, conflict if any to be resolved.
v Daily monitoring of absenteeism and creating importance of work to both worker and contractor.
v Ensure PPEs are used during entry to the factory.
v HR to review contractor every week against weekly production plan, manpower trend, lost earning.
v Manpower requirement to be communicated to Contractor – Skill wise.
v Monitor daily for the combination of manpower and skill requirements for the Monthly Tonnage Plan.
v Monthly discussion with the contractor for potential order receipt based on the Rolling dispatch plan.
v Resolving Contractor and worker grievances to be assigned to one person.
v Skill to be imparted on Trainees and qualified for RIBO requirement.
v Welder Overtime to be restricted to a maximum of 4hrs (max 12 hr duty).
