LOCATION: -Nigdi, Pune (On Field)
SENGEE Biochem Exim Pvt. Ltd., established in the year 2013, is an importer of healthy food products. Based in Pune, we distribute our products across India under our brand “SOLASZ”.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Job description
1. Recruitment, selection, discipline, training and development.
2. Define job description of employees.
3. Maintaining personal files for all employees.
4. Attendance record.
5. Leave management.
6. Employee loans and advances.
7. ESI & PF and other government related employee welfare.
8. Payroll.
9. Performance appraisal.
10. Employee promotions & terminations.
11. Full & Final Settlements.
12. Identifying and arranging trainings for employees.
13. Yearly renewal of Insurance and other statutory documents.
14. Displaying the specified statutory notices in accordance with labor laws and updating them as and when required.
15. Implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under various statutes including those prescribed by the Management.
16. To keep a tab on the expiry date of agreements, FSSAI license and all statutory documents of the company – so that it can be renewed on time.
17. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
18. Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
19. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
20. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
21. Taking minutes.
22. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.
23. Employee engagement activities.
24. Knowledge and implementation of KPI and KRA.
Skills Required
· Fluency in English

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
