Back office Executive – Microsoft Technologies

Location: Pune

Title: Back Office Executive

• Fluent English communication.

• Must have worked with US clients.

• Must have involved with calling to US/UK clients or receiving calls from US/UK clients.

• Must have worked on/have knowledge about the procurement process for US.

• Nice to have experience /knowledge of QuickBooks

. • Procurement or Accounting / Anyone. Creating and sending quotes, Creating and sending Invoices, Receive payments.

• Worked on/have knowledge about online procurement of IT assets/Hardware equipment.

• Data downloading, organizing, analyzing, and comparing with QuickBooks Software.

• Posting purchase orders.

• Posting Bills, Invoices, and payments.

• Creating item codes, GL codes new payee (vendor & customer)

• Reconciliation of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

• Reconciliation of Vendor & Customer

. • Graduate in Commerce

• Checking daily mails & sending mails to client.

• Account receivables

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹39,999.00 per month
