Title: Executive Assistant (STG India)

Role Description:

The EA is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sr. VP/Country Head and other executives as requested. This role will require someone who is experienced, reliable, intuitive with a high sense of urgency and the ability to to execute with limited direction.

What you’ll do:

• Organizes and executes meetings with teams across multiple time zones from start to finish, including scheduling, sending reminders, preparing visual aids, note-taking, facilitating, etc. as needed.
• Drives large-scale event and project management with minimal direction needed, including planning, coordination, budget allocation, invoice management, and execution.
• Proactively reviews executives’ calendars to manage future conflicts and improve efficiency with meeting cadence and attendees.
• Leverages strategic, big-picture thinking as a partner and sounding board to executives.
• Interprets requests, implements action, and decides whether executives should be notified on important matters as needed.
• Uses strong judgment and discretion when handling high level or confidential information and important communications, both internal and external.
• Creates and reviews outgoing correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• In the executive’s absence, ensures that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member.
• Researches and prepares reports with conclusions and recommendations for solutions.
• Assists the Executive Administration team with company event planning and other company wide improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 5+ years administrative experience supporting C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a polished and concise manner.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks according to importance and upcoming deadlines.
• Strategic, big picture thinker and problem solver with an ability to anticipate future challenges on behalf of the executive.
• Highly communicative and organized with an ability to respond quickly during US business hours.
• Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to deliver high quality work at a fast pace.
• Ability to build rapport and work effectively with VP- and C-level executives.
• Ability to design and implement complex projects and initiatives with minimal direction and supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
