We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR cum Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and administrative duties, including employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and employee relations.
In addition to these core HR responsibilities, the HR cum Administration hire will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating meetings and events, managing office supplies and equipment, and handling office logistics.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in HR and administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, are essential for this role. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office is also required.
