Tasks

A minute taker is in charge of taking the minutes of the meeting. These minutes are required to provide a formal account of who was at the meeting, what was discussed, what actions were agreed upon,

and who would carry out these actions.

• Attend all important/relevant meetings with both internal/external stakeholders.
• These minutes are required to provide a formal account of who was at the meeting, what was discussed, what actions were agreed upon, and who would carry out these actions.
• The minute taker must prepare and distribute a formal version of their notes as soon as possible after the meeting is over.
• The minute take should conduct high level of confidentiality and being discreet

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication (Superb English skills both oral and written).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in financial services

Keep in mind that this is a fully WFH – Remote position, but we require our Minute taker to work UK time zone (9AM-5PM BST)
