1. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
2. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
3. Maintaining Payments and Records
4. Tele calling
5. Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.
6. Greet clients upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices and person.
7. Maintain office supply inventory
8. Retrieve documents and files when requested
9. Assist HOD’s for work assigned
10. Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
11. Light accounting duties
12. Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
13. Preparing meeting and training rooms.
14. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
