Roles and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
Greet and provide general support to visitors
Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities
Purchase materials and plan inventory
Acting as an info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, housekeeping, etc.
Handling office operations confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
Manage administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, employee induction etc.
Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation
Prepare regular reports on expenses
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role
In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
Hands on experience with MS Office
Excellent analytical and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively.

Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
