Bharat Biotech & Associates is a well established, well known 40 year old company in Retail & Wholesale of Pharmaceutical Drugs.
We are looking for an Office Coordinator who will report directly to the Management / Owner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
[1] Ensure all processes are followed by employees
[2] Ensure all team reports are upto date at all times
[3] Identify and Resolve where tasks / work are stuck
[4] Escalate issues to the management / Owner for solutions & disciplinary action
[5] Create Daily reports for management
[6] As & when required, create weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reports – department wise
[7] Speak to employees and drive them towards solutions to finish / resolve their pending tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
[1] B.Com Graduate (1st Class) / M.Com Graduate / Any Graduate (1st Class)
[2] Working knowledge of computers & MS – Office (Excel, Word etc.)
[3] Good to have – secretarial course or similar courses done
EXPERIENCE:
Looking for minimum 1 year work experience as an Administrator / Data Entry / Back-Office Operations in either similar field / Logistics / Company etc.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
