1.To supervise day to day operations at office and support all administrative duties in the office to ensure that office is operating smoothly
2.To keep track of office inventory and ensure the office is stocked with necessary office supplies
3.To maintain and manage the use of office equipments
4.To plan, schedule and manage office events and make proper arrangements for the same.
5.To provide administrative assistance during office events, making proper arrangements before any important meeting
6.To work closely with the accounts team to optimize spending on office operations
7.To collect, store and organize data and record all information in a proper excel file.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
