• Actively develop team members’ skills and performance through coaching and training.
• Ensure communications meetings are held within the property team.
• Implement an effective training plan with the team to develop personnel to their full potential.
• Ensure that training is planned, completed and recorded.
• Conduct performance reviews with team members as means of motivation and development.
• Communicate with the General Manager on all key developments of the department

Effective use of forecasting tools for inventory control and pricing

• Maintain a consistent selling strategy across the Central Reservation system (CRS), Property Management System (PMS) and third-party online systems, ensuring maximum use of availability controls in all systems
• Apply an appropriate overbooking policy and educate team to accept through qualified bookings
• Monitor the global, local and environmental issues impacting your city and hotel
• Assist hotel management in the revenue decisions by highlighting opportunities
• Check competitor strategy on a regular basis, reviewing pricing and their availability
• Analyze production statistics and track information to identify potential business and market trends
• Identify potential new opportunities to improve revenue performance
• Assist hotels to maintain and change room rates/inventory when required
• Provide strategic analysis and input for the General Manager

Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)

• Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents
• Schedule shifts
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Handle complaints and specific customers requests
• Troubleshoot emergencies
• Monitor stock and order office supplies
• Ensure proper mail distribution
• Prepare and monitor office budget
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Mashobra – 171007, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
