Position: Executive Assistant (EA)
Are you an exceptionally organised and proactive individual with a flair for administrative coordination? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our esteemed real estate office located in the posh area of South Delhi, Lodhi Road, India.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to the Managing Director with excellent follow-up skills.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the MD.
- Utilise MS Office (Excel, Word) to streamline administrative tasks.
- Take shorthand notes for accurate and quick documentation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to a company’s MD.
- Graduated from a secretarial college.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong command over the English language.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent follow-up skills, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Job stability and honesty in previous roles.
- Willingness to assist the MD with personal tasks when required.
Location: South Delhi, Lodhi Road, India
Salary: Competitive salary ranging between Rs 15,000/- to 35,000/- based on experience and qualifications.
