Managing scheduling and appointments with teachers, Parents and Principal
Arranging meetings, Field trips and other events
Managing mail and message communications
Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
Creating spreadsheets, managing databases
Order necessary office supplies
Reviewing incoming documents from parents and students
