Looking for qualified Company Secretary –

• Handling Statutory Compliances, Drafting Annual Reports, Resolutions, Notices, Agenda, Minutes of Board, General and Committee Meetings of GIL, Subsidiaries Companies & Sister Concern Companies
• Maintenance and timely updation of Statutory Registers maintained under Companies Act, 2013 of GIL, Subsidiaries Companies and other Sister Concern Companies.
• Preparation and e-fling of forms as per the requirement of Companies Act i.e Annual Filing and other event-based Forms with Ministry of Company Affairs.
• Dealing with various external agencies/authorities.
• Advising authorities and BOD in matter relating to Companies Act.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
