Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must have Knowledge on Server/cloud environment and
  • Application Upgrade
  • Script Writing for Automation/Reports
  • Basic to semi-complex Workflow implementation.
  • Basic Automation using OOB functionality
  • Extending Jira using 3rd party apps Easy BI, Script runner, JSU or JMWE.
  • Business requirements gathering.
  • Technical writing such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Solution Design documentation.
  • Active Directory and LDAP
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Handle changes or high priority issues
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Years of Experience in JIRA : 3-5 Years (Minimum)
Exposure: Strong experience in administering the following products
Atlassian Jira Core, Jira Software , Jira Service Desk, Confluence
