Job Description:
– Organize company documents into updated filing systemsAdministrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings
– Conducted ongoing reviews of the operational environment and key indicators of performancewithin the area of responsibility; proactively identified problems, concerns, and opportunitiesto improve implemented solutions before.
– Directed pay, travel, incentives, fraud and public relations programs throughout operationscenters of more than K personnel while ensuring the utmost efficiency and effectiveness ofthe organization overall.
– Maintained purchase order module for consistency, processed purchase orders as well astraining new staff.
– Implementation of law and correspondence with the relevant department like labor department, social security, Civil court, Lease agreement ETC.
– Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
– Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc
– Responsible for writing reports, memos, and other business documents in a clear, concise manner and helping with the handling of human resources activities.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
