Job Description:

• Maintain network security by regularly monitoring all access points and providing vulnerability reports to management.
• Issue IDs and monitor access; assist clients with password creation and usage.
• Audit access throughout systems/applications and ensure access is at appropriate levels.
• Analyse systems, security controls, and event logs to detect nefarious activity.
• Build documentation of existing processes and exceptions based on audit findings.
• Audit the companys security controls to ensure they are working correctly.
• Work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to assess and identify security compliance gaps and propose technical and operational remediation solutions.
• Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and growth of the Azure cloud infrastructure
• Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions
• Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company
• Recommend process and architecture improvements
• Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains
• Oversee pre-production acceptance testing to ensure the high quality of a company’s services and products
• Managing changes in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Managing Microsoft 365 licensing and feature management
• Coordinating and managing email filtering, white/blacklist, rules, routing
• Handling all issue and problem management, analysis, resolution, root cause
• CCNA/ MCSE or relevant qualification

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Office 365 administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Information Technology role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with large, complex networks and systems.
• Good understanding of Windows Azure Active Directory, Office365, and related tool set.
• Knowledge on On-Prem to cloud migration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Server operations and Lifecycle management.
• Proficient in O365 Administration, Migration from Exchange to O365, Skype & MS Teams Administration, Exchange administration, and Client apps for O365 services.
• Project management experience implementing and maintaining Office 365 solutions that focus on workflow, document management, and content creation
• Experience in the development of technical and user documentation
• Advanced scripting and development skills using PowerShell
• Demonstrated focus on customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences
• Microsoft certifications a plus
