• Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
• Coordinate with Managers and Qualified Candidates for Scheduling Interviews.
• Administer new employee On-boarding (including document collection) and induction activities.
• Coordinate with pre-employment verification for all new onboards.
• leave and attendance maintenance.
• Grievance Handling.
• Coordinate for payroll processing and other statutory compliances
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of ERP software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹42,000.00 per month
