The selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
2. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence with clients
3. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
4. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
5. Handle and coordinate active calendars
6. Schedule and confirm meetings
7. Ensure file organization based on office protocol
8. Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
9. Handle other tasks
10. Handle all operations of the business which could be a great learning experience
